When you move in the level, graphics are dynamically being pumped around the HDD, video memory, virtual memory, and 'turbo' memory, which causes the video card to freeze up for a moment. WebTry 44.1 kHz, 88.2 kHz or 176.4 kHz, most sounds in games and films are made in 44.1 kHz sampling rate, so upscaling to a whole multiple might work, or at least has for me in the past, might be a sound card driver issue, I've had those before, especially if you are using Realtek.
