Several forms of retinal screening with standard fundus photography or digital imaging, with and without dilation, are under investigation as a means of detecting retinopathy. WebTo register, you can fill in a registration form online. You will need to print this form out and have it signed by your GP. You can also ask your GP, practice nurse, dietitian or eye doctor to register you. You will be asked to give your consent to be added to the diabetic retinopathy screening register.
