WebJun 8, 2013 · The stock header is 1" pipe the fmf is 1.25" pipe but it actually opens out to 1.3" to allow the fmf muffler to insert into the megabomb header so at the join it is a non-standard pipe diameter, so the tolerances have to be virtually spot on to join and get a good seal.
