WebJun 20, 2016 · Attempting to start a notebook with that kernel resulted in a No module named ipykernel_launcher from jupyter-lab. I was able to resolve it by deleting the Python 3.8 virtual environment, creating a new one with Python 3.6 from pyenv, then installing and running jupyterlab from that virtual environment.
