Most of the off-road builds you see on here prefer welded frames over bolt-together, simply for durability and longevity. just my 2 cents.... However, I don't believe you can directly install 15" wheels. I looked at just moving up to 13" and it was going to be too tight. I'm OK with the looks and durability of the stock 12" tires for my intended use which doesn't include offroad.
