Web6 Sep 2024 · This part of our hike had to be timed with the tides, so we left camp around 11:30am. Low tide was at 3:30pm that day. The first couple miles past the Point of Arches was more difficult than Shi Shi beach, but still an enjoyable hike. You can see lots of tide pools among the rocks and it made for a fascinating hike!
